Working in the field of agricultural technology and agriculture for over 30 years, Christian has a large network within the agricultural industry of dealers and partners in the D-A-CH region.
The professional and personal exchange with people inside and outside of agriculture was just as important to him as the practical training and development of young people. The companies he led could (and still can) rightly present themselves as innovation leaders in many respects.
The first responsibilities in agricultural technology arose when Christian took over a sales area as a factory representative for a renowned German agricultural technology manufacturer. He then took on managerial roles with increasing international responsibility in marketing and sales at the world’s leading agricultural technology manufacturer. A targeted expansion of intercultural management knowledge was acquired as a sales manager at a global construction machinery manufacturer – leading in its segment.
Innovative, thinking outside the box, goal-oriented and committed to communication as well as holistic thinking and action led to many appointments to management bodies of VDMA, KTBL and DLG.
Intercultural expertise, leadership skills and management at the highest level. With these skills, many have been employed in a wide variety of companies in management and successful implementation of organizational development improvement projects.
Many outstanding, innovative technologies and digital services have been successfully placed on the market through close collaboration between many different partners.
The particular passion in the area of personnel development led to the design of many development initiatives that have a special focus on the agricultural technology trade. This has resulted in new standards and job profiles with strong focus on AgTech demand.
